The C03 is a compact copper granulator specifically designed to recover copper from cables while consuming minimal energy. It can separate two different densities of wire with 99.9% accuracy and can process more scrap wire and wire at a higher rate than almost any other equipment, also featuring a self-cleaning mode to reduce maintenance and remove dust.
The C03 is a professional helper for homes, small factories and small scrap plants, processing up to 50-80 kg/h of scrap wire and wire per hour.

How does C03 granulator work?
C03 separates copper wire from plastic coating. Then cuts cables and wires into granules. Copper particles are directed out of the insulation layer by an airflow gravity sorting system (heavier copper, lighter plastic). Copper particles are fed into separate boxes. Airflow sorted copper is 99.9% pure.
The whole process is relatively quiet because we partially soundproof the components.
Self-cleaning dust collection system reduces maintenance time and eliminates dust.
