Description

MR-X Electric motor recycling machine is an equipment designed to recover copper winding from the motor stator. MR-X has 4 main parts to finish the cutting and recycling. The 1 part is the cutting part to cut copper wire from one side of motor stator, other 3 parts are copper pulling parts. It can efficiently dismantle scrap motor stators diameter ranging from 50--500 mm.

How Recycling Motors Works
-Wrecking the aluminium or cast iron motor housing and removal of the anchor/rotor.
-Splitting the stator or transformer block in 2 parts.
-Separating iron and copper of the stator by means of a hydraulic operation.
